As a two-time Texas Strongest Man champion – and highly decorated strength athlete – Seneca has unparalleled knowledge of strength training and nutrition. Additionally, Seneca holds two coaching world titles and has many national/state championships to his credit. Seneca has trained athletes of all ages, abilities and disciplines and understands how to bring out the best in anyone. Kyle has been in the fitness industry for almost a decade and is also owner of Raw Power Gym! He loves to coach the “big 3” lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift) and takes a unique approach to each and every client when it comes to technique and programming. Bryan is one our most experienced trainers. With 15 plus years in the industry and a variety of specialties he is a great choice for any client with any goal. Not only has he been a competitive powerlifter, strongman, MMA fighter and highland games athlete, he is also skilled in injury rehab and prevention. Bryan is our in house boxing specialist for those interested in learning technique and conditioning for boxing and ground work. Coach Anthony grew up in the Lake Travis area and has been training in Austin for roughly 8 years! He loves to motivate and push his clients to their very best in a fun, energetic environment! He fell in love with fitness at a young age playing various sports and it was vital while he was active duty in the United States Air Force. He loves golf, traveling, and spending every second he can with his fiancé and their 3 dogs.
